1. Introduction
By using Hairly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the service
Hairly helps manage clients, client cards, appointments, price lists, products and materials, service history, hair photos, payments, and receipts.
3. Who the app is for
The app is intended mainly for independent hair stylists and small businesses that want to keep client cards and work history in one place.
4. User data and user responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app and for using it in accordance with applicable law.
5. Client consent
The user is responsible for having the necessary consent from clients to store their data and photos where required by applicable law.
6. Subscription
Hairly is planned as a subscription-based app. The subscription will be charged through the Apple App Store / StoreKit and managed through the user’s Apple ID.
The app itself does not store the user’s payment card for subscription purposes. Payments are processed by Apple.
7. Free trial
The planned subscription includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, CZK 99 per month may be charged unless the user cancels the subscription according to Apple’s rules.
If subscription is not yet active in the released app, this section applies once subscription is launched.
8. Cancelling subscription
The subscription can be cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings. If the user cancels, access to paid features may end according to Apple’s rules and the current subscription terms.
9. Service availability and iCloud synchronization
Hairly may work locally on the user’s device. Synchronization between devices may depend on Apple ID, internet availability, iCloud settings, and Apple services.
JAMAsoft does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or instant data propagation between devices.
10. Limitation of liability
Hairly is not an accounting, legal, or medical tool. Payment tracking is an organizational aid and does not replace accounting, tax advice, or medical documentation.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use the app for unlawful processing of personal data, to violate third-party rights, or in a way that could disrupt the app, devices, or Apple services.
12. Intellectual property
The Hairly name, app design, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. User data remains the user’s data.
13. Changes to the app and terms
The app and these terms may change. The current version of the terms will be available on this page.
