1. Who we are
Hairly is developed and operated by JAMAsoft / Jan Jirásek.
Support email: [email protected].
2. What Hairly is for
Hairly is an app for independent hair stylists. It helps manage clients, client cards, appointments, price lists, products and materials, service history, hair photos, payments, and receipts.
3. What data the app may store
Depending on what you enter, Hairly may store:
- a client’s name, phone number, email address, and address,
- notes, client card information, wishes, vision, and recommendations,
- allergies, scalp sensitivity, or other important notes,
- appointments, service history, products, and materials used,
- before, after, and detail hair photos,
- payment status, amounts, payment method, and receipt details,
- the user’s billing details for receipts,
- language, currency, and app settings.
4. How data is created
Data is entered by the app user. Hairly does not search for client information and does not use external client databases.
5. Where data is stored
Data is stored on the user’s device. If iCloud is enabled and available, data may be synchronized between the user’s devices through Apple services.
6. iCloud synchronization
Hairly may use Apple iCloud / CloudKit private database for synchronization. Sync depends on Apple ID sign-in, internet access, and availability of Apple services.
We do not guarantee that synchronization will always happen immediately or without interruption.
7. Hair photos
The app may store a client’s default hair photo and before, after, or detail photos for a specific session. Photos are used to document work and the client’s hair progress.
8. Payments and receipts
Hairly may store payment status, payment method, paid amount, balance due, and information needed to create or print a receipt. Payment tracking in the app is an organizational aid and does not replace accounting or tax advice.
9. Advertising and tracking
Hairly does not use advertising tracking, advertising SDKs, or sell personal data to third parties.
10. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell data to third parties. Data may be processed by Apple services as part of iCloud, CloudKit, system sharing, printing, or other device features the user chooses to use.
11. App permissions
Hairly may ask for camera access to take hair photos. Photo selection from the library uses Apple’s system interface. Permissions can be managed in device settings.
12. Data retention and deletion
You can delete data directly in the app. Data synchronized through iCloud may also be affected by the user’s iCloud account and device settings.
13. User responsibility for client data
The app user is responsible for having the necessary consent from clients to store their data and photos where required by applicable law.
14. Contact
If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app, legal requirements, or operating model changes. The current date is shown at the top of this page.
